Fees
Fees Policy
- Fees are charged monthly and due on the first day of each month. A child is not officially registered until payment is made. A late fee of $100 applies if payment is not received by the 10th of the month.
- Upon spot confirmation, a $100 nonrefundable registration fee and a $326.25 deposit are required. The deposit will be applied to the last month of care, provided that written notice (45 days' notice) is given before the 15th of the month prior to the final month of care.
- Holidays and absences do not reduce fees. Part-time parents must pay for their designated days regardless of illness or absence, and no exceptions will be made.
- A service charge of $30 will be applied for all NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) cheques.
- An official receipt for all payments made will be provided at the end of the year. This receipt should be retained for records; a new one will incur a $20 administrative fee.
